400g dried chickpeas
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 small bunch of finely chopped parsley
3 cloves of garlic
6 drops of Lime flavouring
1 drop of Sweet Almond flavouring
Preheat the oven to th. 6 /180° and oil a rimmed baking tray.
Form slightly flattened balls the size of walnuts and place them on the plate.
Drizzle with a drizzle of oil and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the falafels are golden brown.
