Raspberry flavored crème brûlée

  • 4 small suissses
  • Cane sugar
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry flavouring

Preparation:

1. Start by mashing my banana.

2. In a dish, mix the petits suisses, raspberry flavouring and the previously crushed banana.

3. Put the mixture in several ramekins or one larger one.

4. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

5. Sprinkle with cane sugar and brown with a blowtorch.

6. Just enjoy!
