Lavender, a very fragrant aromatic plant, is particularly appreciated by perfumers and the cosmetics industry. This edible plant is also an interesting ingredient to cook, as well as rose, verbena or orange blossom. It is now found in many dishes, in fresh form, in syrup or in essential oil.
