Your data is not bought, rented or given away

We do not purchase personal data from outside. We collect your personal data ourselves, in a transparent manner, at key moments of our relationship with you (account creation, placing an order, requesting information or advice, etc.). The data you provide us with is intended only for NÉROLIANE. We will never disclose, rent or lease your personal data to any third party. The subcontractors that we employ may be required to process some of this data but they do so on behalf of NÉROLIANE, in accordance with our instructions and with an obligation of absolute confidentiality.

No spam!

No spam from NÉROLIANE, you will only receive our newsletters if you have subscribed to them. All other communications by email or sms that we may send to you are related to your customer account and your orders (order confirmation, shipping, refund, request for advice, advantage code...) or in response to your requests for information/advice/complaints to our Customer Service.

Why Nerolian collects personal data!

• Management of orders and customer relations
  

  We need information about you to process your orders and to follow up on them (e.g. deliveries, invoices, accounting and in particular the management of customer accounts and complaints.

• Payment of your orders or subscriptions
  

  When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. NEROLIANE does not collect your payment data but only a payment identifier and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card to allow you to recognize the card that was used for payment. All of your banking information is collected only by our PCI-DSS certified payment service provider, which guarantees the security of your payments.
