Chia seed pudding with blueberry flavor

  • 4 mangoes
  • A squeeze of lime
  • 200 gr of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of agave
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. coffee of organic blueberry flavouring

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix well the coconut milk, chia seeds, organic Blueberry flavoring and agave syrup.
  2. Pour the mixture into jars and let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight).
  3. Meanwhile, peel the mangoes, blend the pulp and mix with lime juice to obtain a puree.
  4. Pour this puree over the coconut-chia-mango mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
