Hot chocolate with Vanilla and Cinnamon flavors

  • 30cl of milk
  • 20g of brown sugar
  • 35cl of liquid cream
  • 26 drops of Vanilla flavouring
  • 13 drops of cinnamon flavoring
  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), finely grated

Preparation:

  1. Pour the milk, sugar and flavorings into a saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture over high heat until the milk simmers, then add the fresh cream.
  3. Whisk for about two minutes.
  4. Add the finely grated chocolate and whisk again for four minutes, keeping the mixture from boiling.
  5. Remove from heat and continue whisking until the hot chocolate is smooth.
