Mixed salad smoked duck breast with red fruits flavour

  • 1 orange
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 500 gr arugula
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese shavings
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 90 gr smoked duck breast
  • 1 tsp. coffee agave syrup or honey
  • 1.5 tbsp. red fruit flavoring



1/ Start by making the red fruit flavoring dressing.

2/ Mix the aroma with the olive oil. Add the lemon juice and the agave syrup (or honey).

3/ Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

4/ Wash and spin-dry the arugula.

5/ Peel and slice the orange

6/ Cut the cherry tomatoes.

7/ Remove the fat from each slice of duck breast.

8/ With a vegetable peeler, prepare shavings of parmesan cheese.

9/ Chop the chives.

10/ In a salad bowl, add the arugula, the slices of duck breast, the tomatoes, the orange pieces, the parmesan shavings and a little chives. Serve with the red fruit vinaigrette.
