- 100g of fresh cream
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 350g of whole cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. Vanilla flavouring
- 1 tsp. tablespoon of wild strawberry flavoring
Preparation:
- Whisk the cottage cheese and heavy cream together for 3 to 4 minutes before adding the honey, and flavorings.
- Serve the fromage blanc chilled with a small cat's tongue type cookie.
