Tomato and watermelon salad with raspberry and white peach vinaigrette

Fast
For the salad:
- 1/2 lemon
- 50g of feta cheese
- salt & pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 heirloom tomatoes
- 200g of watermelon tomatoes
For the vinaigrette :
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar
- 5 drops of white peach flavor
- 1/2 tablespoon of Raspberry flavouring
Preparation:
For the salad :
- Dice the tomatoes and watermelon. Mince the red onion. Place everything in a salad bowl.
- Add the diced feta cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
For the vinaigrette:
- Mix the raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, white peach flavor and raspberry flavor with a fork or small whisk.
- Pour dressing over salad. Toss to combine.
