¼ of cucumber
½ yellow peppers
½ red onion
1 small bunch of chives
1 buffalo mozzarella
5 cl olive oil, salt and pepper
4 drops of Citrus Flavouring
Finely chop the red onion and chives and put them with the vegetables.
Drain the mozzarella cheese well and crush it coarsely with a fork in the salad bowl.
Pour the olive oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, 4 drops of citrus fruit flavouring.
Mix everything with a spoon and place the tartar in the fridge for 1 hour.
For the dressing, place a circle in the middle of a plate, fill it with the vegetable tartar by pressing it with the back of the spoon to press it down well.
Remove the circle and eat well chilled.
