Watermelon Granita with Lemon Flavor

- 800g of chopped watermelons
- 120 g of powdered sugar
- 6 drops of organic lemon flavouring
Preparation:
- Pit the watermelons.
- Using a blender, puree the watermelon.
- Add the natural BIO lemon flavouring and powdered sugar.
- Blend again.
- Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Break up the granita every hour with a fork.
- Serve cold.
