Watermelon Granita with Lemon Flavor

  • 800g of chopped watermelons
  • 120 g of powdered sugar
  • 6 drops of organic lemon flavouring


  1. Pit the watermelons.
  2. Using a blender, puree the watermelon.
  3. Add the natural BIO lemon flavouring and powdered sugar.
  4. Blend again.
  5. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  6. Break up the granita every hour with a fork.
  7. Serve cold.
