- 4 meringues
- 4 stirred yogurts
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50cl heavy cream
- 3 tbsp. caster sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. exotic fruit flavoring
Preparation:
- Before starting to make the whipped cream, chill all ingredients, including vanilla flavoring and utensils, in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl and whip until stiff. Gently fold in the sugars, spoon by spoon, and the vanilla flavoring.
- Set aside in the fridge.
- Coarsely crush the meringues while incorporating the Exotic Fruit flavoring.
- Place a layer of meringue in a verrine, followed by a layer of stirred yoghurt, a layer of meringue and finally a layer of chantilly.
